A simple 15-minute evening routine with a heated knee wrap

Most of us don't need another complicated wellness plan. We need something simple we'll actually do at the end of a long day. Here is a calm routine built around the Heated Knee Massager Wrap: three buttons, a timer, and about 15 minutes.
Before your first session
- Charge the wrap fully before first use.
- Read the instructions included in the box.
- Check the fit: the strap should feel snug, never tight. If you need more room, use the extension strap that comes with it.
The 15-minute routine
- Pick your spot. A chair or sofa where you can sit with your leg relaxed. The wrap is designed for sitting and relaxing; light moving around the house is fine.
- Fasten the wrap around your knee. Center it on the knee, then close the strap so it feels secure but comfortable.
- Press Heater and start on the lowest level. Give it a few minutes before you change anything. Go up only if it feels comfortable. The highest setting reaches 140 °F (60 °C), so there's no need to rush.
- Add Massage if you like. The vibration is gentle. It's meant to help you relax, not to work deep into the muscle.
- Press Time and choose 10, 15 or 20 minutes. The wrap switches itself off when the timer ends, so you can put on a show, read, or simply sit quietly without watching the clock.
- Take it off and check your skin. Let the area cool down before another session.
Small habits that make it stick
- Keep the wrap and its charger next to the seat you use every evening.
- Pair it with something you already do each night: the news, a podcast, a cup of tea.
- Recharge it every few sessions. A full charge lasts up to 2 hours, which is several 15-minute sessions.
- Have two knees you'd like to warm up? A set of two lets you use one on each knee at the same time.
Use it safely
- Always start on the lowest heat and increase only if it feels comfortable.
- Don't use it while sleeping.
- Don't use it on broken or irritated skin, or on areas with reduced sensation. Check your skin between sessions.
- For adults only.
- If you are pregnant or have a health condition (for example diabetes or poor circulation), check with your doctor before use.
- Follow the instructions included with the product.
This guide is general information for relaxing at home. It isn't medical advice, and the wrap isn't a medical device. It doesn't treat any condition.
