Shipping Policy

Find Your Peace ships every order directly to you from our fulfillment partners. This policy explains how long orders take and what to do if something goes wrong.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. The destinations available for your order are shown at checkout.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Delivery time

Once your order ships from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse, delivery takes 4–9 days. Counting processing, your order arrives in about 5–14 days from the day you order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add time.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

If we can’t meet the delivery time

If we can’t ship your order within the time we told you, we’ll email you with a new estimated date and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can only update the address before the order ships.

Damaged, delayed or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, looks stuck in transit, or shows as delivered but you can’t find it, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number (and a photo or short video if something arrived damaged). We’ll look into it with you. Our Return & Refund Policy explains what happens if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, and you can use our Start a Return form.
