1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of findyourpeacee.com and to every order you place with us. The store is operated by Jose Andres Aranda Manrique, doing business as Find Your Peace (“Find Your Peace,” “we,” “us” or “our”), 1145 NW 28th St, 2, Miami, FL 33127, United States. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

3. Our products

We sell personal comfort products such as heated knee wraps. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Our products are for adults. If you are pregnant, have a health condition, have reduced sensation in the area, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, talk to a healthcare professional before using it. Always follow the instructions included with the product, and stop using it if it feels uncomfortable.

4. Product information

We work to describe our products, colors, sizes and settings accurately, and each product page lists what’s in the box. Photos may differ slightly from the item you receive, for example because colors look different on different screens. If we find an error in a price or description, we may correct it. If your order is affected, we’ll contact you before it ships so you can choose to continue with the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Prices, taxes and offers

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout. Shipping within the United States is free.

Promotions and set prices apply as shown on the website at the time of your order. They are applied automatically in your cart when your order qualifies, so no code is needed unless an offer says otherwise. We may change prices or end offers at any time. These changes don’t affect orders already placed.

6. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in it. We send you an email confirming that we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we’ll refund any amount charged in full.

Every purchase is a one-time payment. We don’t sell subscriptions and we never enroll you in recurring charges. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout, and the payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, delivery takes 4–9 days, so your order arrives in about 5–14 days from the day you order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If we can’t ship your order within the time we told you, we’ll email you a new estimated date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order ships, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, order issues and warranty

30-Night Comfort Promise. You can return any product within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, for a full refund of the product price. We provide a prepaid U.S. return label. The product must be returned complete and in clean condition. One Comfort Promise return per customer.

Order issues. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video and choose a free replacement or a full refund.

60-day limited warranty. Manufacturing defects that appear within 60 days of delivery are covered with a replacement or a refund.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. All conditions are in our Return & Refund Policy, which controls if it differs from these Terms on these topics.

9. Use of the website

Please don’t misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it, accessing it without permission, or copying its content for commercial use. The text, images and design on this website belong to Find Your Peace or are used with permission.

10. Disclaimer

Except for the Comfort Promise and the limited warranty in our Return & Refund Policy, and any rights that can’t be excluded by law, the website and our products are provided “as is,” without other warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
