No. It’s a gentle vibration designed to relax, not a deep-tissue massage. If you want a strong massage, this isn’t the right product for you.
The strap is adjustable, and an extension strap is included for larger knees. The wrap also fits the elbow and shoulder. Not sure? Wrap a tape measure (or a piece of string) around the middle of your knee and email us the number before you order. We’ll tell you honestly.
It has an auto-off timer and you always start on the lowest heat. Don’t sleep with it on, don’t use it on broken skin or areas with reduced sensation, and check your skin between sessions. If you’re pregnant or have a health condition, ask your doctor first.
