Can I return an item?
Yes. Every order comes with our 30-Night Comfort Promise: use it for up to 30 nights after delivery and, if it isn’t for you, for any reason, email us your order number and we’ll send a prepaid U.S. return label. Once we receive the product complete and in clean condition, we refund the product price in full within 7 business days. One Comfort Promise return per customer. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, send us a photo or short video within 30 days and choose a free replacement or a refund, with nothing to ship back unless we ask.
